As we could get used to it in the past few years, Áron Barka - Chef de Cuisine of Araz Restaurant awaits his Guests with seasonal specialities in the spring period too. His energetic and varied dishes will be guaranteed antidote of spring time's tiredness.

Staters:

  • Parsley cappuccino served with smoked ham flavored mini quiche lorraine HUF 1150,-
  • Spring radish salad with smoked pork knuckle, quail eggs and horse radish vinaigrette HUF 1950,-

Main dishes:

  • Basil veal chop with spinach, new potato and carrot cream HUF 4250,-
  • Salmon confit with green pea purée and sorrel Hollandaise sauce HUF 3950,-
  • Spain omlet with vegetables and spring onion - cheese sauce HUF 1850,

Desserts:

  • Tarte Tropézienne with rose seasoned raspberry ragout HUF 1250,-
  • Lemon tarte with almond crumbs in maple syrup HUF 1150,-
